November 2, 2010: "Esposita Holiday Bridal Guide"

It's official! The holiday season is just around the corner, which means that our days will be filled with baking, partying, celebrating and feasting with our loved-ones. Unfortunately, these holiday goodies can quickly reverse the previous months of hard work dedicated to our bridal bodies. For all of the winter brides out there, Esposita is dedicated to helping you stay on track with your bridal diet as you navigate your way through the holiday season!

Calories in drinks are not hidden (they're listed right on the Nutrition Facts label), but many people don't realize just how many calories beverages can contribute to their daily intake. As you can see in the example below, calories from drinks can really add up. But there is good news: you have plenty of options for reducing the number of calories in what you drink!
