Nha Khanh Debut Fashion Show! Dallas 10.20.10

On 10.20.10, the fashion world will be rocked by the up-and-coming, fresh Dallas design duo-Nha Khanh. 

The unstoppable team of Khanh Nguyen and Nini Nguyen have come together to create the Nha Khanh label.

The collaboration between Khanh Nguyen and Nini Nguyen began with Nini’s wedding gown. Khanh was a reader of “NiniStyle.net”, a popular fashion blog with tips on how to dress and shop. Unbeknownst to Khanh, Nini was also a huge fan of Nha Khanh. When Nini became engaged, she promptly contacted Khanh to begin designing a wedding gown for her upcoming nuptials. They developed the concept of the gown together and in the process became fast friends. While Nini’s style is more masculine and well defined, Khanh is naturally drawn to more feminine and elegant lines. From their vastly different inclinations, their unlikely partnership was forged out of mutual respect for each other's style.

After working with Nini, Khanh realized that the edginess and masculinity of today’s modern woman were missing elements in the Nha Khanh line. She decided to take a new direction with the line and enlisted Nini to come on board as a creative director. The input of both women and their belief in “opposite attracts” perfectly join together the multifarious qualities of a woman.

I first discovered this venue when viewing a local, Dallas photographer's blog. Celina Gomez with Captivating Simplicity has captured some gorgeous photos of this venue. I was floored, and I just knew that I had to share these wonderful photos!

The Milestone is a gorgeous new venue with Southern charm and understated elegance. The crystal chandeliers sparkle over the cherry wood floors. Modern, clean lines and crisp, white walls pair beautifully with the traditional motif of this Southern style mansion.

The windows are breathtaking!

The ceremony room provides the comforts of a traditional church, but with modern elements. The natural light serves as the focal point which is framed by beautiful, crystal sconces. This particular ceremony's decor is understated elegance-and absolutely perfect. The guests will not be distracted by too many colors or flowers, and the couple will get the attention they deserve for their big day!
